Victoria is the author of nine novels including the multi-million copy bestseller, The Island. Her books have been translated into 40 languages and she was executive producer on the adaptations of The Island, Cartes Postales and One August Night for Greek television. She holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Sheffield, is on the British Committee for the Reunification of the Parthenon Marbles and was recently appointed Vice-President of the British School at Athens. She is an ambassador for Lepra, an avid supporter of the NLT and ambassador for the London Library. Victoria is an honorary Greek citizen, dividing her time between England and Greece.
