No more applause on Thursday night
I’m not sure if that’s really right
The NHS have pulled us through
And done so much for me and you
Not only by there constant labours
But helping us contact with neighbours
At eight pm it all began
We made a noise with pot and pan
And waved at people down the street
Who we’ve never had a chance to meet
So once this lockdown is finally gone
Let’s keep these good vibes moving on
