Collage zines are one of the oldest and most accessible forms of self expression and radical communication. They can be poetic, prophetic, aesthetic, and cathartic; creative, communicative, therapeutic and powerful. Come along to create a folding, photocopyable, 6 page zine that embraces the chaos of serendipity while cutting (with scissors) to the heart of the issues you feel most strongly about.
Illustrator in Extra-Ordinary, Jenny Robins specialises in immediate, intelligent visual communication using splashes of serendipitous collage elements.
Highlights include:
- Performances from poets, musicians and artists from around the world
- Contributions from the Fellows of the Royal Society of Literature
- Stage takeovers from the Black Writers Guild and WritersMosaic and Apples and Snakes
